This printable list of 30 activities is meant to help you do something that will calm your nerves and brighten your day, if only for a few minutes. That is something that you can give to yourself.
All of these activities can be done from home at most times of the day. Pick one activity per day and see if you can accomplish them all in the next 30 days.
If you don’t have access to something on the list (for example, you only have a shower and not a bathtub), do something equivalent. Take a 10 minute shower where you relax. If you don’t have crayons or markers, do some doodles with pen or pencils. The idea is to do something relaxing and enjoyable, not to stress about the specifics.
