Spend the day together in the fresh air! Many orchards will allow you to purchase a bag or loan you a bin where you can put your apples. When you are done picking, weigh your bounty and take them home! Orchards will allow you to be out in the tree area for most of the day if you choose, so take your time and test out varieties before you load up. Plan a day where you visit a few different autumn-like locales (a pumpkin patch or pumpkin carving, in front of a beautiful tree, in a pile of leaves, etc.) and take selfies with your sweetheart.
