Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
There are many days where you want to make a nice breakfast, but you just don’t have the time or energy. Where you want to sit down with the family and have some time together, but you have to make it all work out quickly. That’s where this breakfast bowl comes in!
Whether you are looking for red white and blue recipes or just want a healthy breakfast bowl, this dish is the answer!
Naturally vegetarian and gluten-free, this fruit, yogurt and granola bowl will be a hit with everyone. If you are specifically on a gluten-free diet or have family members who are, be sure that the variety of granola you purchase is gluten-free. It may depend on the brand.
I used Dannon Light & Fit for the yogurt and Kind Raspberry Clusters Healthy Grains for the granola. If you are making this at home, use whatever granola and yogurt you want! This will taste delicious with your faves as well.

Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
32 oz vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon Light & Fit)
1 pint strawberries
1 pint blackberries or blueberries
1 cup granola (I used Kind Raspberry Clusters Healthy Grains)
Take out a colander and wash all of your fruit. Remove the strawberry stems and any stems that you may find on the blueberries or blackberries.
Take out a cutting board and a knife for slicing fruit. Slice your strawberries from top to bottom. You’ll get somewhere between three and five slices per strawberry depending on how large they are.
Take out four breakfast bowls. These can be any size, but the ones I used held two cups.
Add one cup of yogurt to the bottom of each bowl.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of granola around the rim of each bowl.
Add 4 or 5 strawberry slices to the left the side of each yogurt bowl, being sure the berries are on the inner side of the granola.
Place 4 or 5 blackberries or blueberries on the right side of the yogurt bowl. Again, be sure that they are on the inner side of the granola.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
