Make these easy white chocolate Mini Snowman Pudding Pies for your next dessert! Perfect as a winter sweet treat and everyone gets their own!
Winer Pudding Pies
I love desserts that anyone can make – and this winter Snowman Pudding Pie recipe is truly something that ANYONE can make!
These no-bake pies come together quickly and easily. Individual desserts that are more than bite-sized, but with no cutting or serving required from a full-sized pie.
This is an excellent recipe to let the kids make without you. You’ll need all of the ingredients on a table and separated, but once the pudding is prepared, you can have the kids put each winter pudding pie together while you’re doing something else. Let them design as they see fit or make a bunch ahead of time and surprise everyone at a party or for dessert!
No-Bake Snowman Pudding Pies Recipe
How To Make:
Ingredients:
1 white chocolate pudding mix 3.3 oz
6 ct package mini graham cracker pie crusts
3 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Minis
3 Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
30 Mini chocolate chips OR small black candies
1 tub Pillsbury Funfetti orange frosting
12 candy eyes
Directions:
Prepare the white chocolate pudding according to the package directions and let it set.
Scoop the white chocolate pudding into the mini pie crusts, doing your best to make them even across each of the six pies.
Now we’re going to make the snowman’s hat and brim. Slice the 3 peanut butter cups minis and 3 miniature peanut butter cups in half from top to bottom.
Next, cut the ridged bottom off the bigger of the peanut butter cups. The mini peanut butter cup will be the top of the hat and the larger ridged section you’ve just cut will be the hat’s brim.
Place on the pudding as in the photo (towards the top, with the hat on top and the upside down brim just below), stacked together. Repeat with all six pies.
Now, give each snowman 2 eyes below the hat.
Scoop the orange frosting into a small sandwich baggie and snip off a tiny corner of the bag with your kitchen scissors. Gently squeeze the orange frosting out and onto each pie to form the snowman’s nose.
Lastly, give the snowman a mouth using the mini chocolate chips/black candies, placing five along the bottom curve of the pudding pie.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. This will make 6 mini pudding pies, so if you need more, double the recipe.
How Long Do Snowman Pudding Pies Last?
Once assembled, these mini pies will last for about 3 – 4 days. These are best eaten within 24 hours of making, but if you’ve covered and refrigerated any remaining pies, they’ll be fine for a few more days.
What Can I Add To The Pudding?
For this recipe, the pudding section doesn’t call for adding anything, but you can if you want to! Chopped up maraschino cherries or nuts would add some tasty texture or even a few chocolate chips if you have some left over.
