Easy White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

If you are looking for one of the easiest and tastiest dessert recipes around, you have to try my White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge! It will take you only minutes to prepare and will be a total hit at your next Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s party – or really, any time of the year.

Always vegetarian, egg-free, and gluten-free fudge, you only need 5 ingredients to whip up this great treat. You can keep all of the simple ingredients on hand and pull them out when you want some homemade fudge.

If you have nut allergy concerns or an aversion to tree nuts, this is an incredibly easy fudge recipe to alter. Omit the almonds from the top of the fudge and voila! The perfect dessert for a nut-free household.

Although fresh cranberries are more typically eaten during the holidays, you can always find dried cranberries at your local grocery store. That makes this festive fudge something that you can make much more often.

With only a little bit of prep time, this special treat will be finished in only minutes. Allow it a little time to set and you’ve got a delicious dessert with a little crunch and a little tart that the entire family will love. Plus, this fudge makes a great gift!

Recipe Notes:

  • Although you may use a candy thermometer for other cranberry almond fudge recipes, you do not need one for this recipe.
  • You can use slivered almonds instead of shaved ones if you’d prefer them.

Can I Use White Baking Chocolate, Almond Bark, Or Candy Melts For This Recipe?

No, I would highly recommend sticking with white chocolate chips. Anyone with a sweet tooth will enjoy any version of this sweet treat, but overall these substitutes aren’t great ideas.

None of these will harden the way you are looking for your fudge to harden, but if you are in a real pinch and need a substitute, baking chocolate is your best option of the three.
