Want to make this into a Birthday Cake/Funfetti party? Whip up these Funfetti Cake Truffles as well!
Birthday Cake Fudge Recipe
2 cups Birthday Cake, Funfetti or Confetti Cake Mix
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp whipping cream
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup sprinkles (any shape/color)
Combine the cake batter mix and powdered sugar in a microwave safe bowl and mix well. Add 1/4 cup of the cream and 1/2 cup butter to the bowl and stir it a few times. Microwave the bowl on high for 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and stir the mixture thoroughly. Add your chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp of cream. Stir again. The mixture should resemble a dough at this point.
Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 pan. Distribute the sprinkles over the top and then slightly press them down to secure them to the mixture. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting. Enjoy!
