Birthday Cake Fudge Recipe
How To Make:
Ingredients:
2 cups Birthday Cake, Confetti or Funfetti Cake Mix
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp whipping cream
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
Grease an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray (making sure to get the edges of the pan) or line it with parchment paper.
Combine the cake batter mix and powdered sugar in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well. Add 1/4 cup of the cream and 1/2 cup butter to the large bowl and stir it a few times. Microwave the bowl on high for 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
Add your chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp of cream. Stir again. This melted chocolate mixture should resemble a dough at this point.
Press the fudge mixture into your prepared pan. Distribute the colorful sprinkles over the top and then slightly press them down to secure them to the white chocolate layer.
Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or leave it on the counter until it cools to room temperature. Cut with a sharp knife and enjoy!
Store any leftovers in the square pan under aluminum foil or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Is There Another Type Of Sprinkles I Can Use For This Birthday Cake Fudge?
