Nestle Crunch Bites

If you are looking for a delicious recipe to make with leftover Halloween candy or leftover Nestle Crunch bars, this Crunch Bar Candy Bark is the answer! With only two ingredients, this is one of those candy desserts that you can have ready in just over an hour!

The one thing that I hear more than anything after Halloween is “Can we get more Nestle Crunch bars sometime?” or “Man, we’re out of Crunch bars already?” My family loves Crunch bars, but we don’t buy a lot of candy throughout the year, so fall is a special time. And these are always a huge hit!

This Crunch Bar Candy Bark recipe is actually a super easy way to extend the life (and quantity!) of your Crunch Bars. By adding a bunch of creamy milk chocolate, you will end up with huge pieces of the rice krispie-type candy that your family loves.

Creamy and full of crispy rice, this delicious treat is always vegetarian and extremely easy to store. My preference is to keep the bark pieces in a Ziploc bag in the fridge, but you could also store them in an airtight container for up to a week depending on the temperature of your house. The milk chocolate will melt if it gets too warm, so keep that in mind!

1 cup overflowing Crunch Bar candy, crumbled (about 12 fun size bars)

A bag of fun size Nestle Crunch Candy and a bag of Nestle Toll House milk chocolate chips on a wooden tableTake out a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.

A clear bowl of chocolate chips and a clear bowl of broken pieces of Nestle Crunch Bars on a wooden table next to four wrapped Nestle Crunch BarsRemoving your Crunch bars from the fun size bag (or using two or three large Crunch bars), break the chocolate bars inside of the wrapping, leaving the wrapping closed. Once all of them are broken up, empty each broken Crunch bar into your 1 cup measuring cup.

Heat them in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring the chips between each interval. This should take a total of 2 – 3 minutes.

A baking sheet or parchment paper with a thin layer of melted milk chocolate across itPour your melted chocolate onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it so that you have a thin, even layer. You don’t want to be able to see the parchment paper through the chocolate, but you don’t want your bark to be too thick either.

Can I Use Buncha Crunch Or Another Crisped Rice Bar For This Recipe?

Yes! You do not have to use a Nestle name product for this bark, but you will have to find a crisp rice product with a chocolatey coating for the best results. If you make your own homemade Nestle Crunch bars, have some Nestle Crunch topping around, or have a generic crisped rice candy bar around, they will all work here.
