How To Make Shamrock Pretzel Pops
1 bag light green candy melts 12 oz
1 bag bright green candy melts 12 oz
45 mini pretzel twists
15 small pretzels sticks
Green and white sprinkles
Lay out a piece of parchment paper or wax paper on your counter or a baking sheet.
In a small microwave safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup light green and 1/2 cup bright green candy melts and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring between 30 second intervals until melted.
Dip one of your small pretzel twists in your chocolate at a time and lay three in a group, with the bottoms touching each other in the shape of a shamrock.
Try to shake off any excess candy melt so that you have enough for all of your remaining mini pretzels. A small spoon can help if your candy melt texture is a little gloopy.
Next, dip 3/4 of a pretzel stick into the melted chocolate and carefully press in between the three pretzels that are your shamrock shape.
Top them with sprinkles – from the top to the bottom of the shamrock – and let them set for about 30 minutes at room temperature. If you need this special treat faster, place them on a sheet pan and put them in the freezer.
