Recipe Notes:
- You can add caramel topping to the top of the pie or the top of each slice.
- Serve your Snickers Apple Butterscotch Pie with whipped cream and/or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or eat it by itself.
- It is fine to leave your pie at room temperature while you are serving it, but the pie filling will start to soften after an hour or so. Return it to the refrigerator once you’re done serving.
How To Make Snickers Apple Pie
Snickers Apple Pie Ingredients:
5 Snickers bars or 25 Mini Snickers
1 Butterscotch Instant Pudding 3.4 oz
3 fresh apples, firm
1/2 cup milk
1 tub Cool Whip 8 oz
1 graham cracker crust, pre-made in a pie tin
caramel topping
Supplies Needed:
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Large mixing bowl
Whisk
Directions:
Step 1: Take out a cutting board and chopping knife. Wash your large apples and dry them completely.
Remove the core and stem from your crispy apples and cut them into chunks. As opposed to fresh apple slices, you want these to be smaller and bite-sized. Set them aside.
Step 2: Unwrap your Snickers bars and chop them into small pieces. Once you are done, set the pieces aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl, combine your cold milk and pudding.
Whisk until they are completely mixed together.
Step 4: Fold the entire container of Cool Whip into your pudding and mix well.
Step 5: Pour in your apple and candy bar pieces and continue to mix until everything is well incorporated.
Step 6: Spoon the entire apple mixture into your pre-made graham cracker crust.
Step 7: Refrigerate your whole pie for a minimum of two hours.
Once you are ready to serve, top the entire pie with a drizzle of caramel sauce. You can also drizzle caramel over each piece after cutting if you should choose. Enjoy!
How To Store Butterscotch Snickers Apple Pie
Store any leftovers in the fridge under aluminum foil or a piece of plastic wrap for up to 2 days for best results. You can also move the whole thing into an airtight container and eat it with a spoon the next day like a Butterscotch Snickers Salad.
What Type Of Apples Should I Use For This Recipe?
The best apples for this no bake butterscotch pie are up to you. Choose your favorite apple. Some people will prefer tart apples to offset the sweetness of the rest of the no-bake pie, but others will prefer sweet red apples.
This being the case, choose from green apples (like tart Granny Smith apples), something in the middle like Pink Lady apples, or something sweet like Honeycrisp apples.
Can I Make This Sweet Dessert Nut-Free?
Yes! Snicker bars contain nuts, but you can swap out this favorite candy bar for Milky Way or 3 Musketeers bars if you choose.
Be aware that these chocolate bars do contain a warning about possible nut contamination. You could also use something like Rolos candy or check this list for other nut-free ideas.

I’d give this recipe 0 stars…
It was WAY too much filling for 1 pie crust, and it didn’t set even after being in the fridge for 5+ hours.
It was just a big, disgusting mess.
I’m so sorry it didn’t work out for you!
