Breakfast Pizza
One of the things about Breakfast Pizza is that it is universal. You can make it with almost any ingredient and tailor it to your family’s preferences. Plus, anyone can make it!
This Breakfast Pizza is made with ground turkey sausage or ground beef, but you can replace it with soy crumbles if you want to make it vegetarian. You can also choose to use only egg whites instead of full eggs or add additional vegetables. Your choice!
Can you make this on a pizza pan, you ask? Of course you can. The best reason to make it in a baking dish is that the ingredients won’t fall off, but you can do whatever you choose.

Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb cooked ground turkey sausage or ground beef
3 scrambled eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup bell peppers, washed and diced
8ct Pillsbury crescents rolls
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 9″ baking dish with a non stick cooking spray. Scramble your eggs and cook up your meat (separately) in your preferred method.
Open your crescent rolls and cut them down the middle (ignore the pre-cut lines). Place one layer on top of the other in the bottom of the pan. Press the two layers together as best as you can.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of your shredded cheese on top of the crescent rolls layer.
Place a layer of scrambled eggs on top of the cheese.
Follow that with the meat on top of the eggs.
Place your diced peppers on top of the meat.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the peppers. Feel free to add additional cheese if you’d like.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the crescent layer is cooked fully. It is easiest if you use a see-through baking dish because of this step, but if you haven’t, you should be good by the 45 minute mark. Serve hot and enjoy!
