How To Make:
2 or 3 whole eggs
1 Tbsp milk or water
3 Tbsps cooked bacon, diced
1 Tbsps green onions, diced
3 Tbsps shredded cheddar cheese
Kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
Spray the inside of your microwave-safe mug with nonstick cooking spray
Pour your eggs and milk (or water) into your mug. Season with some salt and pepper and whisk with a fork until everything is scrambled and well combined.
Mix in your green onions and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
Lastly, mix in your bacon pieces.
Stir the contents together to ensure that all of your ingredients aren’t at the top or the bottom of the egg mixture.
