Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Whether it’s game day or you just need a quick appetizer for a crowd, this Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe with ranch and canned chicken is something that you can pull out in minutes! These ingredients are items that you can easily keep on hand for a last minute party and may already have in your cabinets and refrigerator!
As a creamy, cheesy appetizer, you’ll find yourself being drawn to make this again and again. A buffalo wing dip is one of those things that you almost can’t help craving! With the tangy buffalo along with the convenience of canned chicken, it’s one that you’ll be known for.
I use canned chicken for this dish, but you can substitute leftover rotisserie chicken or shredded chicken if you have some from the night before. This dip is easy to make with whatever you have on-hand.
This buffalo dip is gluten free, egg free and keto, so it should be an excellent option for many of your guests.

Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cream cheese block 8 oz
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans chicken, drained (or one large can, approximately 12.5 oz)
6-7 Tbsp Buffalo sauce (if you aren’t a big fan of Buffalo sauce, I would start with 4 Tbsp and add more if you choose)
In a large pot, combine your cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, canned chicken and buffalo sauce over low/medium heat.
Stir everything together until the cheese is melted and all of the ingredients are combined. Taste your dip to see if it is spicy enough for you. If you want some additional kick, add a little more buffalo sauce. There is a reason that buffalo wings come in various levels of spice!
Once your dip has cooked through, pour into a serving bowl. Enjoy this easy Buffalo dip with chips or veggies! Easy peasy!
