Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp soy sauce (or tamari if you want to make this keto/gluten-free)
2 eggs, beaten
salt/pepper to taste
chopped green onion for garnish
In a medium sized pan, add the chicken broth and soy sauce. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes. Slowly add in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup with a fork. Turn off the heat.
Pour your soup into bowls and garnish with green onions. Offer salt and pepper at the table so that everyone can customize their bowl to taste.
